Today in the west, we are blessed with plenty, and here at the karma kitchen we are able to choose from a vast array of natural products, grown to respect the environment and protect us from the harmful effects of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. We, like most of you, believe that food cultivated and prepared with awareness and love, is the best food to nourish the soul. Cooking with natural ingredients is a way of contemplating the vital bond we have with both our environment and our health.

The Karma Company was inspired by a passion to create a granola bar that could rival those of the chain-coffee-shops which invariably contain preservatives, ‘E’ numbers and hydrogenated fats. On perfecting the Karma Bar; a granola bar incorporating dried fruits, seeds, nuts, oats, butter, honey and Indian spices, the Karma Company launched into the business of baking. Having experimented with many recipes using only natural ingredients and flavours, we now supply our various goodies to cafes who pride themselves on selling fresh, natural food.
